Ways to View Sales of a Service Item in D365FO
1. Sales Order Lines Inquiry
You can directly view where the service item was sold.
Steps:

Go to Sales and marketing > Inquiries and reports > Sales order > All sales orders

Use the filter or search for your service item number in the Lines view
Add filters:

You’ll see all sales orders where this service item was sold
2. Sales Order Invoice History
If you want to focus on invoiced (revenue-recognized) sales:
